I'm looking for music video singles to show at youth group. What are some of the better ones (ie, show more than just the band playing)? I generally don't watch videos at all so don't even know what all has been made. For example, The Letter Black's Believe and Skillet's Monster are what I'm after. Mostly rock but can be metal also.

I actually already have a giant playlist of Christian music videos that I used for the same purpose. Some of them may have been removed since I made it, but at least the titles are there. Also, I would add "Jesus Metal Explosion" by HB to that list

Snagged a few more. There aren't as many out there as one would think.

My fav is the incredible REALISTIC crash in POD's Alive. There is a theme behind the concept and not just sensationalism. It's the thankfulness of being alive in Him and how life is so fragile, but that video is so incredible, you feel like you're in the car being hit by a truck.
I also love the deep meaning behind "Goodbye" by Plankeye. The concept is his last words "I never took the time to stop and realize that death takes many forms Even while alive" - The elevator represents the journey of life and all the people that come in and out of our lives. I don't know why, but I really love the song and video.
I love a good concept video. They're as artistic as a great song itself. I could prolly think of a bunch more... but you probably don't need them anymore

Found a music video that can help you. The first is Kutless - Sea Of Faces Why: listen to the lyrics.
An onther one is Jonah 33 "Too Much Of Me". I can't find a video of that song.

I came across POD's Alive 2 days ago and while I agree the crash was pretty cool, I did not like all the sensuality that was also present (keeping in mind I'd show these to youth).
And I still need any suggestions as there are not very many I've found that meet the criteria.
I'll check out Sea of Faces, Vonnie.

Occasionally I show music videos. I even have used some non-Christian songs so that I can counter what is being preached to my kids through these videos. I used the song "Alcohol" to teach against drunkenness. The kids were all familiar with it and laughed throughout it. But, I was able to use Scripture and even lines from the song to teach them the dangers of drinking. Maybe you could incorporate some of this?

I'm more gathering for the actual person who leads the group since I'm the geek and all. Just trying to help out since they only have a few DVDs of the typical rock videos.
I got that Conspiracy of Thought one, too.
