| It's only an acoustic, but it was free! You gotta start somewhere! It's a bit like this one........ Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| Very cool, my first guitar was a free acoustic as well (but it was a real piece of junk). You need a tuner and some new strings. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| My first bass was a Sears special. It wasn't made very well, but I played it for several years before getting better gear. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| I've got some new strings and tuned it in (using Youtube). Then my friend who learnt to play upfront at church in a couple of weeks tought me some simple cords. Let's see if I can get it to work properly, and have the right motivation. Last time I bought an electric guitar (15 years ago) but found that I didn't have any incentive to learn it. | Just try not to be discouraged if it doesn't come to you quickly. I have very little (pretty nuch none) musical talent, but I loved music so much and practiced enough to become a passable rhythm guitarist in our church band (for several years). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... | My first guitar was an acoustic guitar. I traded this acoutic guitar when I bought the Epiphone Les Paul "Black Beauty". Till today I never feel sorry I traded the acoustic guitar.
In 2006 I decided to take guitar lessons. That was a good decsion. I learn a lot. Last week I started again with guitar lessons and I'm learning how to play moveable power chords. Monday I learned how to play an other blues schedule. | |
