- Hey guys! Lots of exciting things are happening in the TFE camp! We're
heading into the studio this week to finish recording our new CD titled "In Transit". We will be releasing it around the end of June. A new myspace layout is in the works and should be up shortly, along with a VERY special announcement about the NEWEST MEMBER of the TFE family!!! Festival season is almost upon us, and we will be playing quite a few of the big ones this year including the Ichthus, Alive, Spirit Midwest and Sonshine festivals. We will also have brand new t-shirts, buttons, and stickers for this summer to go along with the new CD, myspace, and overall direction that the band is going in. We are all very excited about all the new things happening in the next few months, and can't wait to share them with you all! Stay posted for more new music, blogs, and video updates coming very soon!!!
God bless!!!!

| Very cool, I have yet to pick up a single album from these guys (this will be there 3rd). But I have liked everything I have heard from them. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Tree albums from This Fires Embrace? Wow, I think I missed two albums. I only have one album. | |

Wow, I think I missed two albums. I only have one album. The first was a 7-song EP called "Redemption," the second was "Warrior Poets," and then "In Transit" will be their third album.

| I'll be watching for it. Might have to wait until school is back in session. My CD buying will drop once my subbing job goes into summer break. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Sounds like they scrapped the EP idea and going for a full length (fingers crossed). I may go to the show at Spirit Midwest. It's here in Des Moines and free. | |

I sure hope so. I would much rather buying a CD than an EP. Hopefully they'll have it out in time for the Ichthus festival. Last time they released an album, they started selling it early at shows to help finance their touring.

| If it's just an EP, I'll buy a download. I'm not filling the racks up with incomplete albums.

| I just saw via a status update on Myspace that TFE will be having a CD Release show in Ohio on June 26th. I guess around that time would be a good guess for an official release date. | |

| Sounds good. Silentthunder are you going to this This Fires Embrace CD release show? And do most bands give a CD release show when they release a CD? | |

| Probably not. I'll be taking a couple summer business classes in June as well as working at my church's youth camp. I will, however, be seeing them June 16-19th at the annual Ichthus Festival. Hopefully they will be selling the album there early like they did the last one. If so, I'll definitely be picking this baby up! | |

I don't think this is really all that common anymore (but I could be wrong). In the late 80's and through the 90's most of the bands I listened to would have a release party. I actually went to one of Queensryche's release/listening parties back in the 90's _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."
