I know that a few of you have tried the CD swapping services of LaLa.com. Over the past few months, a lot ofo older members have become disgruntled with the slowdown of trading on LaLa and with them shifting their focus from trading CDs to selling those and eventually selling MP3s as well.

But, that is not the only CD swapping site on the planet. If you want to check out another site that is devoted 100% to CD trading:

Also, if you love to read and have a stack of old books you'd like to get rid of, then you can try their sister web site:

Still not sure if I will bother though.
I don't really have all that much trade stuff left.
Most of what I do have is a CHM that isn't really commercialy availible, and doesn't seem to make it in the databases.

You shouldn't. It is only because of the shipping rates that non-USA residents don't get included in LaLa and Swap-A-CD. To keep costs down for the members, it is just more cost efficient to deal only with the USPS--not every postal service in the world.

Hey, if someone had the idea here, it will just be a matter of time before someone puts together something similar for the European nations.

Very true, I bet in less than a year, something will be up and running for Europe.
