I hope you visit http://heavenly-grooves.blogspot.com/ - there are some real gems to be found there though most of it is mellower stuff. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

High Flight Society is a modern rock band with some punk influences. I guess the kids today would call them emo, but with no screaming. Very melodic vocals, too. The singer used to do Southern Gospel, so his special thanks section was mentioning the Gaither Vocal Band, Gold City, & the Crabb Family. But, there are none of those influences on the music. The CD was produced by Tony Palacious, so it is top notch production here. Lyrically, you can tell where they're going, but they are not really "in your face" with their message. They are set to do a crossover. - Quote :

Redeemer - Anno Domini Redeemer - Double Edge Sword Rev Seven - Heavy Laden Vol 1 Rev Seven - Heavy Laden Vol 2 Seventh Power - s/t Titanic - Full Steam Ahead I'd be very happy too! There's some great stuff on those CDs! My favorites, though, are the Titanic CD, Redeemer's "Double Edge Sword", and the Rev Seven "Heavy Laden Vol. 1". _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Are you a Chris Tomlin fan? Of all the artists who are regularly featured on the Passion worship CDs, Chris is my favorite. I can't stand David Crowder Band, though.

| I really like Chris Tomlin. I played several of his songs from his "Not to Us" album for months in the P&W band at church before I ever got one of his albums. I like the way he writes a simple song with a great hook (I think that takes talent). One of the few CCM artists that I would put towards the top of my favorites list. (I'm not a huge David Crowder fan either). -- _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I liked the sound of the remake of that Whitecross so much that I actually sold my original version. I won't tell you the ungodly price that I got for it. But, I did buy several new CDs from that! | I've only listened to the new Storyside:B once. So, I haven't really compared them. | "Full Steam Ahead" is an awesome Titanic CD. Maybe I am weird but I like the other Titanic stuff too. "Screaming In Silence" sounds good. Or am I the only who like that Titanic CD? | |

| I like Screaming In Silence quite alot. The only problem I've ever had with it is the lyrical content. It is very hard to find any christian message in it (that I can see, anyway). Still, it's a great album. Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

No I am probably the weird one, I think most people either like all of the Titanic albums, or none of them. I think it was the singer for the first two albums that I didn't like, because the music was good. -- _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| That's the problem I have with X-Sinner. The first album with David Robbins. I hope the band will consider a re-release of "Get It" with an other vocalist. "Peace Treaty" sounds better with the vocals of Rex Scott. | |
