| "Planet Under Siege", the full length debut of 7TH HEAVEN, has been re-issued by Retrospect Records. The group brings a blend of melodic rock and AOR with a heavy hair metal influence. I cannot locate a website or myspace page for the group but you can listen to samples at NEH Records: http://www.nehrecords.com/shop/7thPlanet.htm#RR382 I recall seeing an advertisement for "Planet Under Siege" in Heaven's Metal back in the early 90s. And since 7TH HEAVEN is a Northwest based group (and I happened to live in Portland at the time), I picked up the CD at a local CD store called Locals Only. Do not know if Locals Only is still there or not but it was located in downtown Portland. | |

| I bought my CD from Blastbeats used a few years ago. But, I had the cassette that I ordered from the band when they were reviewed in Heaven's Metal years ago. It's a pretty solid release. If you don't have this, I would recommend it. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Looking back the album was released during a time when you could walk into a "brick and motor" retail shop and find a CD you were interested in. | |

But, with 7th Heaven being an independant band and having no record label or distribution company support, the only way you would have gotten this was from the address in that review or from someone like Christian Demo Clearing House who mailed out short catalogs of all the cool indie stuff. I bought a ton of tapes from them back in the day.

| Christian Demo Clearing House- forgot about them. They would carry a lot of the independent releases you would not always see at other mail order (pre-internet) retailers. | |
