Great testimony of the first woman executed after reinstitution of the death penalty in 1976. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| The miracle of the cross by Wilkin van de Kamp This book tells about the last eighteen hours before Jesus' death.
What took place around the intersection of Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God? Including the people personally involved in the crucifixion of Jesus, what exactly happened and why he died?
Last three Sundays we have listened to three thema sermons about this suject. It has been very interesting. I was impressed ... very impressed to listen what happened around the time Jesus was arrested till the moment He died.

How is that? I have yet to be disappointed by any of Dekker's novels, but I wasn't too crazy about the House novel he did with Peretti. I just started an old Dekker novel "Heaven's Wager". I actually started it a year ago but I had to stop because the copy I borrowed was heavily saturated with cigarette smoke and it made me sick. Got a cleaner copy this time. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

any of Dekker's novels, but I wasn't too crazy about the House novel he did with Peretti. So far, it is very good. Having Erin Healy writing with Ted has helped put a feminine touch on the female lead character that Ted normally wouldn't have done. But, the storyline is still very much a Dekker plot. I would like to read more of Erin's solo work in the future. I know that her and Ted have another novel coming out, but I would expect her to want to fly on her own later. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I don't find most of Ted's stuff to be scary. I would recommend his book "Blink" for you. It's a fast paced story, but not scary at all. It has been released again under the title "Blink Of An Eye". _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

That was a very entertaining read, in my opinion. Liparulo has sold the movie rights to this novel to a non-Christian film company. I would like to see this made into a movie that keeps the storyline pretty much intact as it shows the truth of Christ without getting preachy. With most of Liparulo's novels, he is more about entertaining with a good story and characters who find faith--but the story takes the front seat. If you read the book and miss the spiritual content, then the story is still a thrill ride. He definitely isn't pushing you to an alter call.

| I haven't read any of Liparulo's work yet, but I am planning on kidnapping 'Comes a Horseman' when Kerri gets done with it. |
