They have one of these in the library near our house. It is set to look like an aquarium. When you touch the screen, it ripples. It is cool for all of five minutes. Beyond that, I don't think they ever did anything with these. A friend of mine worked for a company owned by Microsoft at one time. When they had gotten bought by them, Microsoft brought one into their foyer. He said it did the same thing and that was it. A gimmick.

They're getting there. Many restaurants like Red Robin and Chilis have little computers on every table. They work great for ordering stuff, paying your bill and tip, and even games for the kids so they'll shut up and stop making noise.
But I think those full table things are just too expensive.
