I need to read the other one (actually I think he has 3). The Blue like Jazz I read was a copy from one of my "liberal" Christian friends. -- _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Someone's lent me "The Bourne Identity" and "The Bourne Supremacy". Unfortunately I'm still plodding through "The Lord Of The Rings" (half way through the Two Towers at present.) I only read a couple of pages a night, so this all could take a while!!! Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| It ain't about how fast you read, Fundy. It's all about how much you enjoy the journey of what you are reading. Sometimes I fly through a book, but most times I take a couple of weeks--especially with fiction. When you read a bit slower, it almost feels like the passage of time in the book is real. It adds to the enjoyment of the book for me. My wife, now, she is the polar opposite. She can whiz through a book in a few hours and tell you more than you could about it if you had written it. She doesn't read--she ABSORBS the words. We both have our reading preferences, but we both enjoy a good book. Now if we could just teach teenagers today to love to read. Maybe we could teach Sabidoo HOW to read. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| It's true, alldat. It all depends on whether 'we' enjoy reading or not. I enjoy it, I just don't find alot of time to do it. At the moment everything is busy at work (with the christmas rush) so when I get home I collapse and don't read much at all. Still, I make sure I read the Bible each night, which is a blessing (though sometimes difficult) Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness
