Incarnate - Pre-Order info

Sorry about this... I promised to start taking pre-orders for the new Incarnate CD tonight, but I'm having trouble getting accurate current shipping quotes over the internet.

I'll have to contact the post office directly tomorrow (Thursday) and get this straightened out.

I'll get this info up here as soon as I can quote accurate prices.
