| Do you think that Sen. Obama is a rascist? Here are some quotes from his own books: - Quote :
- From Dreams of My Father: 'I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the
age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.'
From Dreams of My Father : 'I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race.' From Dreams of My Father: 'There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.' ' From Dreams of My Father: 'It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.' From Dreams of My Father: 'I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa , that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself , the at tributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'
And FINALLY the Most Damming one of ALL of them!!! From Audacity of Hope: 'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.' I received these in an e-mail. So, if anyone can refute that Obama wrote these things, then please feel free to prove otherwise. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I've no idea who will be the new President of the US. I pray and hope God will provide in a President who will lead the US and help to get a more stronger dollar and an economy who will grow. Maybe we should all pray for this. | |

| I'd like for our economy to grow and the dollar to strengthen. However, I do not believe that John McCain or Barack Hussein Obama are going to be good for the USA. I'd vote for a 3rd party, but there is no one running that I really think would be a good choice. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Here's some more Obama quotes: - Quote :
- “Israel is a strong friend of Israel.” - press conference in Jordan July ‘08
"How's it going Sunshine?" - Obama to a crowd in Sunrise, FL
“We have seen a very modest reduction in violence in Baghdad, partly because entire neighborhoods have essentially been ethnically cleansed. Those are all positive things.” Today Show - September 12, 2007
“In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died — an entire town destroyed.” (The actual death toll: was 12.)
“Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go.”
“Sen. Clinton, I think, is much better known, coming from a nearby state of Arkansas. So it’s not surprising that she would have an advantage in some of those states in the middle.” On what map is Arkansas closer to Kentucky than Illinois?
“Here’s something that you will rarely hear from a politician, and that is that I’m not familiar with the Hanford, uuuuhh, site, so I don’t know exactly what’s going on there. (Applause.) Now, having said that, I promise you I’ll learn about it by the time I leave here on the ride back to the airport.”

| He's gonna give us change, all right. By the time he taxes the working class to death to expand social programs, all we'll have left in our pockets is a little leftover change. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

hopefully, something more substantial than age was a factor. otherwise, i'm not sure. i got sick to my stomach when it became apparent that he'd be the nominee.

You and me both. - avdb11 wrote:

Early on I expect that most of the "younger" republican candiates saw this years election as already decided in the media (as Obama or Hillary, who are both democrats). Why waste their shot at the presidency in a year when the media wont even give close to fair coverage of the candidates. I expect most of the "young republicans" will sit it out for 4 years and hope that the voting public grows tired of the "lack of change" that will come from an Obama presidency. To drive this point home, a close friend of mine asked me 8 months ago who I would vote for (in the race for president, not the primary) Obama or Clinton. I told her, "Neither, I will wait and see who the republican nominee is first". She looked at me (dead serious), and said: "I thought Obama was the republican candidate". The lopsided media coverage had already convinced her that the presidential race was only between Obama and Clintion. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Maybe in 4 more years unless she goes independent (breaks from the Dem party). _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

Has Clinton a chance to be the first female President of the US? not this go around. she lost her party nomination to Obama. she would have been a HORRIBLE president, anyway [not as bad as Obama, but still...]. i was really hoping for Fred Thompson to pull out the Republican nomination. i think he would have been great. he had amazing heat at the beginning of the race, but he didnt have the gumption to really fight for it.

| Thompson admitted that he only got into the race due to pressure put on him by several friends who felt he should do it.

| Thompson could have if he had really wanted it.
