Michael Sweet on Talk Is Jericho

Listening to this now, but I have to say this is a goofy name for a blog podcast.

Just finished listening to the podcast and I gotta say you guys need to listen to this.  Jericho and Sweet talk a briefly about other Christian rock/metal bands (Petra, Guardian, Bloodgood etc), about Tim not recording with the band.  Michael admits that Reborn started as a solo album and lots of other cool stuff.

I listen to it all the time but I am a wrestling fan and I love Chris Jericho. This is a great interview.

Jericho actually does a good job as an interviewer.  He is a pretty smart guy, I'm gonna have to check out some of his other interviews.

Most of them are with wrestlers however a lot are with bands. He has interviewed the current line up of Queensryche, Paul Stanley, Meat Loaf and Glenn Hughes to name a few.

I saw the one for Meatloaf (and downloaded it) but didn't notice the one for Queensryche (would really love to hear that one) it must be older and it looks like they want you to "join Podcast One Premium" to get access to those.  I'm assuming it cost money....and I'm not at all likely to do that.

No I wouldn't pay either, if you didn't see it then it is probably an older one that they moved. Good interview with the guys, including Todd.

I saw that too.  He actually had Michael Sweet on there a few months ago talking about the new album, and some other stuff.

I have been looking on Westwood One and it still isn't on yet. Maybe next week? I'll have to listen to the one where they talk about Ten.

I check Jericho's podcast page once a week, I'll post it here if I see it first.  I got the impression that they weren't even recording it until this week....and it would probably take at least a day or two for post production stuff.  So it might be a few days to a week before we see it.
