Got a text from Amazon this morning saying it has been shipped.  I'll be able to get the Autoripped MP3's first thing tomorrow morning.

Yes, I'd be interested to hear what it's like too.  Not sure if I'm going to buy it or not (although I do own all his other solo stuff)

I got an email from Barnes and Noble saying that my order (which includes the MS disc) is on the way. According to the tracking #'s ,it looks to be here tomorrow.

It's about bullying, or more appropriately responding to bullying. Apparently a major reason given for teen suicide is hopelessness brought on by being the target of bullies. I say apparently because I don't know this for fact, just from what I've picked up in the video and from his web site.

I will certainly be getting this, but probably not until sometime next month. I like what I have heard from it (but I haven't heard the "country" song yet).

Frustrated!    For the first time Amazon.com has let me down, as the MP3s are not in my could player on a CD's release date.  I don't mind waiting for the CD to arrive today, but I was really looking forward to listening to these new songs this morning. Needless to say I have sent them an email asking, "whuddup widdat!?"

^ Followup ... I know some folks have had issues with Amazon and for one reason or another don't like them, but they have always come through for me. They have already responded to my email and gave me a $9.99 credit to purchase the MP3 version of the new CD, which I immediately did. I am listening right now. I'll give it a few spins today before I give my impressions.

I have never had any trouble with Amazon, love the site. I had trouble with one download once, and they did the same thing....I even think the problem was my own fault, but they just gave me a credit so I could re-download it.

I decided to put my "review" in a separate thread.

To be honest I'm not really a fan of Michael Sweet's solo stuff.

I normally preorder from iTunes and every time I get them at 10PM the night before it is released. So if I go to bed early I leave my iPod on and the songs are there when I wake up the next day. As for this one, I think I am gonna skip for now anyway. A decent album but there are other things I want more.
