Halloween.

Today it's Halloween .
Is that a holiday or only something fun to celebrate?
What are your thoughts to celebrate Halloween?
Can you celebrate Halloween as Christian or do we have to ignore Halloween?
What are your thouths about Halloween?

I've never had any hesitations about observing modern day Halloween. I love to see the kids dressed up coming to the house for candy. I like to dress up sometimes to give it out.

But, since tonight is a church night, I'll be there instead. So, we didn't even decorate the house.

My wife will take the kids to a local church (not ours) that is having a big "Harvest Festival" party, with candy and games and prizes and such. The wife always decorates the house, but it is all fall type decorations (pumpkins, dried corn, fall colored leaves etc.) and nothing much in the way of ghosts or goblins. She actually leaves the decorations up all the way throught Thanksgiving.
