Under Command

Saw this posted on Firestream and I just preordered it from Raging Storm for $12. Under Command is old school metal at its best.

I have two of their CDs already and really like this band. I always felt that a label could help them with their sound. From the songs on their MySpace page, it sounds like they have really achieved an awesome sound this go around.

Under Command is a great band with a heart for ministry. While not exactly preachy, their faith in Christ has always shined through their lyrics. I'm going to definitely get this when it comes out. It could also easily be a top 10 favorite for 2009.

This does sound like a step up from their previous albums.

Under Command sounds very good.

Kethdredd, let us know when you get your CD. This is supposed to be available March 21, 2009. So, this CD should be arriving in our mailboxes VERY soon.

What size do you need? Might still have some around, though we have given most away.

I would need an adult 2XL. I was referring to Fundy's baby, actually!

I only just found out about this band a couple weeks ago - fantastic hard rock/metal sound that hearkens back to rock days of yore, but has a modern edge to it that keeps it from sounding dated. I will have to put their album on my list!

Great news, keth! Thanks for asking them. Now, I'll be watching my mailbox for the new Under Command CD and my new 120 GB Zune.

I'm watching my mailbox too for some awesome packages with new CDs.
I'm waiting for the Testify CD and for the Under Command CD.

That's me again to ask what's a 120 GB Zune is?

A Zune is Microsoft's version of the iPod MP3 player. The Zunes are considerable cheaper, but you can get just as many features as you do on the iPod. The 120 GB (gigabyte) player I have ordered will store up to 30,000 song on it. It has games already on it. Plus, you can get online to find new music if you are in an internet hot spot (free Wi-Fi).

I have been looking at these for a while, and Amazon.com ran a special last week on the 120 GB player. The red Zune, normally $229, was on sale for $215. Even discount retailers like Walmart can't touch that price! Needless to say, I ordered it.

Man 120 GB, that's huge! Makes my 8 GB Sansa Fuze look like a toy (of course it was a fraction of the cost).

With the storage capacity of these jumping up so fast they are going to start having to indicate storage in terabytes instead of gigabytes.

I have an 8 GB as well, but I am having some troubles with it. So, before it dies completely, I thought I'd replace it. Instead of just getting something similar, I thought I'd go all the way with the Zune. Might as well max it out. It will probably be obsolete next week.

Anyone got their copy yet? I've tried contacting the label and have gotten absolutely NO replies. I know that Under Command has their CDs in stock, but I am getting no word on the preorders through the label. It's usually a bad sign when a distro or label won't return your email--even when you have a receipt.

It seems I'm not the only one who is wondering about the Under Command CD.
I haven't gotten mine. I've preordered through the label too.
No answer on the e-mail I have sent too.

The CD was released on March 21rst.

I love Under Command.. I`m looking forward to getting my copy of this album. I have saw them play live a few time in the past.

I wonder what is going on. The release date was 10 days ago. Raging Storm is not responding to any emails from me or to the message I sent on MySpace. I know the CD is out because the band posted a comment on my page that they had the new CD available.

If anyone can get some info, let me know.

I know J from Raging Storm just move to a different state a few weeks ago...

I haven't seen it at any distro's yet so I'm not too worried about it.
