Biden has officially dropped out

As had been rumored, and denied, Biden has announced that he will not run for reelection.

Please remember that just because someone has different values and different beliefs than you may have doesn't mean they're evil.. he is still a person. 

I'm putting that out there because I don't want this turning into a Biden bashing session. I'm posting this as information to say he dropped out.

I think that we should all remember that we get to that stage eventually where we're not as sharp and clear as we used to be. I have a lot of sympathy for him for what he's going through, since he'll never get better and he'll never be what he was before.

As a fellow Delaware native, I can tell you that he did some good things for us while he was here. I know many people who've met him over the years that he served here, and he was always very kind..

I actually don't endorse either candidate, as I disagree with all sides LOL. I'm merely referencing back to when he was in Delaware.

Hopefully he'll now get the medical attention he needs rather than being used a a prop.

Personally, I think he should have stepped down before he was ever elected.  He was showing signs even then of deterioration.   

I don't care for his policies or for most of the views of his party.  Sadly, whoever gets the nomination at the DNC will be even worse for our country than Biden or Obama.

I'm pretty disgusted with his political party.  They knew he was having cognitive issues during the previous presidential election, but they just propped him up in his basement with a script and America was fooled.  Now that there is no hiding his disability the Dems are going to throw him under the bus.  They should be ashamed of themselves, they abused an old man.  Hopefully he will get to spend the rest of his life sniffing his grandkids and eating ice-cream.
