There is a new "old" project that Roxx Records is releasing. It is a band that appears to be from the 80's who recorded two albums, but apparently neither of them were ever released. So Roxx will be releasing both albums soon.
This video is the first song from the album aptly titled "Defenders".

The lead singer was also the voice behind the band Michael that Roxx previously released. I like this, so I have ordered BOTH albums that they are releasing at this time.
I am trying to figure out who this reminds me of from the secular side of things. They remind me of someone, but I can't quite figure that out yet.

The Soldiers Of Light reissues are also shipping out. I just received my notification. Looks like I will be listening to new music this week!

These two albums came in the mail today. It might be a couple of days before I get to listen to them, though.

I am finally listening to these two albums. The band definitely had promise, but they fall prey to having too many songs with the same tempo. A great producer could have prodded them to try speeding some songs up just to give a feeling of variety even if they didn't do anything more to tweak them.
With that said, though, they are still good listens that chronical another Christian metal band that most of us had never, and probably never would have, heard without Roxx Records bringing these to our attention.
