The Amazon series? I thought you had finished that already. I liked the series (except for the unnecessary nudity). I'm not a fan of either of the movies...mostly because I don't really care for Tom Cruise in that role.

The Amazon series was simply titled Reacher. This was the first movie. All in all it really wasn’t a bad movie. I agree the character was miscast mainly as I didn’t fully see Tom as Jack. It just wasn’t a good fit despite the description from the books.

What are your thoughts on The Batman?
In parts it was brilliant, but it felt a bit long. Definitely not as good as the Nolan trilogy, but still worth seeing. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. It was very dark and rainy all the time (although a lot of it was filmed in the UK, so that probably explains it). One of the guys in the film I actually saw acting at the theatre last week, so that was pretty cool. I did like the way Batman was always moody and mean, which helped to make the film better than it could have been.

The Batman - I loved this even more than the Nolan films. It made the Gotham villains to seem like something that really could happen. Batman also seems more realistic to me. I didn't want to like Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, but he fit the role exceptionality well.
Tonight, I finished all of The Book Of Boba Fett.

The Good Cop on Netflix. It's a really good cop show. However Netflix cancelled the second season and season 1 has a cliff hanger so we will never know what happens. It stars Tony Danza as a former bad cop who has a son that's a good cop. It's funny and dramatic at the same time.

Netflix has a habit of cancelling shows after ending the first season with a cliffhanger. They did that with the Dark Crystal series as well.

Yep, I was probably in the middle of that superhero series (Jupiter something) when I found out that it wasn't going to be renewed for a second season either. It's like Netflix buys a ton of stuff hoping it will be wildly popular like "13 Reasons" or "Squid Game" and when it doesn't get a million views in the first few weeks they opt out of providing a second season. If I was producing a show I might insist on a 3 season minimum before signing a contract to have a show with them (not that I would have any kind of clout to do that. lol).

My wife is a big Sandra Bullock fan and she drug me to see "The Lost City" last night (with Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe and Brad Pitt). It was hilariously funny.

That's what tells you at least. Bet she is a bigger "Dash" fan.
The Lost City.

Actually she was more than a little shocked by the substantial number women in the theater audibly gasping and cheering during a couple of Tatum's scenes. I actually had to remind her of where she had seen him from before...so I'd say she's not a huge fan (neither of us have seen his male stripper film...but we watched him with Rachel Adams in The Vow and Whitehouse Down). I'm just glad he can act. I can't stand seeing a film with an obviously beefcake guy (or cheesecake girl) who are shoe-horned into a story for their sex appeal, and they can't act their way out of a paper bag.

The wife and I both really enjoyed that show until the last couple of seasons (or maybe just the last one...can't remember...seemed like the jumped the shark at some point).

It lost it's edge the last season or two. But we're enjoying the first season again.
