A music video with 4 artists popular in the 90s (and, for most of them, the latter half of the 80s) celebrating the 80s, complete with humorous references to several 80s music videos.

IO - Indie Scifi flick on Netflix....slow, boring, laborious, weak..can't believe I got through it. I can't imagine how horrible it must have been to have worked on the movie.

I haven’t seen the movie yet so can’t compare the two. Just found out the character is from a book/novel series by Lee Child.
This is really good. He is like a detective with military intelligence and training but not tied down to an agency.
I’m only on episode 3 and enjoying it.
Started Reacher yesterday and it's a good show. Have never seen the movie so I know nothing about the story. But I gotta say this actor is one big bad dude!

Seven Pounds was a good movie. We liked it but it wasn't what we expected.

Also watched the first episode of Picard Season 2. So far, excellent as it follows more of the TNG story line. Without giving anything away think "First Contact". If you enjoyed that you'll like the first episode.

Oh gosh, I just watched that....absolutely fantastic! I don't know if it was Rick Astley doing his David Bryne impersonation or Donny Walburg in the Flock of Seagulls hair that I liked best. Very fun!

So I started watching The Book of Boba Fett on Disney+. I am two episodes in. Does it get any better? This is absolutely, mind-meltingly dull.

I gave up at episode 2.
As for me and my house, we will watch Once Upon A Time. Although I can understand why Staybrite stopped at series 3 or 4, as we almost bottomed out and got bored when Elsa turned up. Trying to keep going at the moment.

Yeah I remember the whole Elsa thing getting a little tiring, and it seemed like they were recycling story lines. But it has been so long since we've seen it that I certainly want to give it another try.

I haven't seen that movie in years. I'll have to see if it's available to stream either for free or for the typical $4.99 rental price

Boba Fett is ok. I liked it well enough to watch the whole thing. It gets better near the end.
Without giving anything away you will have to watch it before Season 3 of Mando (whenever it comes out). I have a feeling if you don't watch Bob Fett you'll have no idea what's going on next season for Mandalorian.

The movie and TV show are based on based on a series of books. The movie was crap according to my brother as Tom Cruise played Reacher and he just doesn't look at all like the character is described. The Amazon show has nailed the look with a giant of a man.
The main character seems a little flat in his delivery, but my brother says that is how the guy talks even in the novels.
So far, it has been a fun ride with a lot of mystery to unlock and quite a bit of action.

Yeah I finished up Reacher and want more! But I don't know what story they could do next. Will be interesting to see.
As for Boba Fett, give it a chance. Like I said they kind of force you to watch it because if you don't you will have no idea what's going on for the next season of Mando. Without giving any spoilers the two shows are linked.
Saw a preview for Obi Wan and looking forward to that show as well.

Well with Reacher they have plenty of books to pick from. However, his character is a drifter...so if they are going to be faithful to the books it will be a different town/city and a completely new cast (well except for Reacher himself).

Once you get your mind set up on the main storyline in Boba Fett, it gets better. Why they kept showing all the current stuff taking over Jabba's territory and then doing flashbacks to how he got there made everything quite confusing. It would have been slower if they had just done the story in order, but it would have made it easier to follow.
As for the exciting stuff, I know about Mando, Grogu, and Luke showing up. I have quite talkative special needs kids in my classroom who don't know the meaning of "don't spoil it". LOL Besides, Disney first teased the Boba Fett show as basically The Mandalorian season 2.5 before they started shooting. The Mouse House gives things away but does it in a way that people forget that they were being sold that in the first place.
