Awesome, Majestic

Here's a new song that I did with Frank and Vlad from Messenger.  (I only did the lyrics and video, they did the hard work!)

Good work. When you say you did it with them, what do you mean?

I was asked by my church to do some stuff for the worship part of the service.  I did a poem that someone read out, then another poem which was spoken with music in the background.  For the third one I thought I'd see if Frank would be up for turning my lyrics in to a little song.  He was very kind and agreed to do it.  He and Vlad turned my lyrics in to the song, and then I made it in to a video.  I was going to wait until the song had been used in the church, but because of how they record the songs and the services, it won't be used until 3 Sundays time (at the earliest), so I thought I'd just stick it on youtube straight away and see what people thought.  I love Franks vocals (and Vlads musical abilities), so I was dead chuffed (that's british for really pleased!!!) with the result.

So, Vlad wrote the melody and played guitar.  Frank sang. I just did the lyrics and the video.

This came up in my youtube feed this morning and it was the first thing I saw this morning.  Another great job with the lyrics and video Fundy.  If I hadn't known you wrote these lyrics I would have thought it was a remake of an old hymn.

Thanks guys.  I've got the 'all clear' from our worship leader at church, so just got to wait and see if and when they'll use it in the service

Is everyone OK if it is shared?

Yes, it can be shared as much as you like.  Anyone can use for their church service if it would be of benefit for them, or they can use it for whatever they like.  Frank and Vlad have been great.

One of my local churches used it in their service yesterday, and it seemed to go down really well by what they said.  They commented that the melody was very catchy.  That was cool to know.

Also, another local church is interested in using it soon, maybe even this weekend.  I've shown him the song, and he's asked for the youtube link.
