Is anyone else here a fan? This is one of Dale Thompson's side projects that I do like. While a bit thrashier than what I would normally like, this comes off as an edgier Bride to me especially when you compare it to the two newest Bride albums and "Skin For Skin". While Dale's voice can't hit some of the highs like he once could, his gruffer vocal delivery fits this style extremely well. He definitely seems to be more passionate about the music he is making with this project and Bride than he is some of his other projects.
Anyway, I am listening to the new "Hell Fest" and it is amazing. There hasn't been a bad song yet. This is still my first listen, so I can't say what are my favorites or what tracks stand out. I just know I like it!

Well, to be clear, my thoughts on Perpetual Paranoia came from listening to the new record. The first two had some songs that were hit or miss for me and sometimes just feel weird. The new one sounds like they got what they wanted to do dialed in and perfected. Perhaps now the other two will grow on me like the Swingle & Thompson project did.

If i'm going to listen to newer Dale projects this is it, he keeps his vocals under control well though I don't like all the songs but that's from the first album. Need to check out the new one more.
