Headache

On Facebook someone was talking about headaches, and then someone else posted the below video. I thought "Ha, what a loud of rubbish".

I was highly dubious, then I read the comments at the bottom and thought 'okay, so maybe there's something in it'. Then today, my son had a headache (he's home schooling and looking at a screen for alot of the day), so I thought I'd give it a go! Turns out, IT WORKED!!!! Can't believe it!

Cool. Had a sinus-related whopper of one last night. Solved my problem by changing the home's furnace filter. When you have a cat, the filters fill up fast! !

I was wondering when that guy in the video was finally going to get to the point. It was like he was getting paid by the minute!. Laughing

I'll have to try that the next time I have a headache.

I’ve always massaged back there when I get a headache. However, I have never pushed “as hard as possible.” I’ll try that next time.
