My Album of the year...

Hmmmm, technically I think that's a 2020 album (look on the back of your CD).

My pick for 2019 would have been one of these two.
-Evan's & Stokes - Children of God
-Michael Sweet - Ten

In the secular realm I would have picked.
-The End Machine - S/T (Jeff Pilson, Mick Brown & George Lynch of Dokken with Robert Mason on vocals)

I dig your Album of the Year list on your website....impressive that it goes all the way back to 1983!

It was a tough call.  The album was released digitally in 2019, but the physical cd was done in 2020, so I opted for calling it 2019. 

The good thing about The Calf is you can call it your top release for 2019 AND 2020. At least it will be for me!

Sure took a long time to decide that.

Much deliberation went into that. 

Much waiting.  I ordered it in on the 26th March (when it was available at Soundmass), and it arrived on the 25th April.  Coronavirus got in the way of the quickness of delivery!
