Angelic Warlord Top 25 for 2019

Early this morning (and more on this later) I updated Angelic Warlord to include an article listing (what in my opinion) are the top 25 albums of 2019 at the following link: https://www.angelicwarlord.com/articles/albumoftheyear19.html

Not to give too many details way, but I have Evans & Stokes ("Children of God") at number ten.  Other albums included are those from Pastor Brad, Lordchain, Darkhorse Hero, various projects from Dale Thompson, etc.  Hope I am not giving away too many details...

BTW, I was up at 3:30 this morning finishing up work on the article so that I could have it online prior to leaving for work.  Needless to say, I am pretty tired right now but glad I have it done...

Also, I just started work on an article listing what (again, my opinion) are the top 20 albums from 1989.

You have a lot of the same titles in your top 25 that I had in my top ten list.  Of course, you have more albums that you obtained than I did for the year.

Is the Saint actually a 2019 release?  I thought Saint said it was officially a 2020 release even though the CDs shipped out earlier.  I am not trying to be argumentative--I simply want to know.

Correct, Saint advised that "The Calf" is officially a 2020 release.  The CD packaging even credits 2020 as the year of release.

However, both the digital download and CD version were both available for purchase in December, so I did not think it would be inaccurate adding "The Calf" to the 2019 list.  Besides, the album is so good, I did not want to have to wait an entire year to include it as part of the 2020 list.

We are so very honored to have made this list! Thank you all for the support and congrats to the others who also made the list.

We aren't stopping. We are heavily into our 4th album at the moment. 90% of the music is written and recorded and I'm working out leads now while Jen nails down lyrics and vocals. This one is really coming along nicely. Jen and I have been going back and forth for days trying to decide on cover art. My avatar is one of the rejects  . This record will probably be one main concept all the way through and it's already testing our knowledge of history and scripture. Lots of research still to be done to make these stories (songs) tie together. I just posted a short clip of one song on our Facebook page and website if you want to check it out.

Although I'm glad you got this posted, always excited to see updates at Angelic Warlord.
I only have one complaint....Evans and Stokes should have been higher on the list! 

I've never heard of Midnight Worship but the description has my curiosity piqued...  Does anyone know if there is there somewhere I can preview some of the music?

Jen, my two favorite songs are "The Armor Of God" and "MNFST".

Those are my favourites from the album too. MNFST is awesome.
