Do you have a publisher, or are you self-publishing?

Self-publishing. I have a teacher who has a master's degree in English who is proofing it for me, after my wife and I went through it three times. I have the cover, as you see above, and I have a pastor that I know who is going to help with any questions on the self-publishing front. He has done three books already and has agreed to help me with all of the post-production marketing and such as that.
