| Good ear.
It wasn't a stream feed so that helped quality, too.

| What player and version do you use? OGG (also known as Vorbis) is a pretty popular format.

| my main player is Windows Media Player version 11
but I also have Real Player version 10 (but it makes me seriously mad most times).
Should I download something else?

| I've always hated WMP, but you can pick whatever poison suits you. You will need codecs to play ogg and many other formats.

| Thanks for the link topshot. With the download I was finally able to play the file, I do have to make my application program open it directly though. The sound quality does seem a considerably clearer. But now I have to do start a new thread since you were dissin on me so hard.
