It bothers me even more with this bill that we will be borrowing more money.....from the Chinese. We won't ever be able to pull out of there as they own our economy and bought up a lot of cheap stocks when the market crashed. I am beginning to think more and more that this whole virus was created to benefit them. When you add to that there are no new cases of the virus in China, they are either lying to us or they have a cure they aren't sharing. Why would you not share it? You want to buy up more of the free world's economy so they can't pull away from you. In any investigation, they always say to follow the money. Who profits most from the virus? China. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| Visited Walmart this morning and hopefully much of the panic buying and hoarding might be behind us. Most of the staples seemed pretty well stocked, with the exception being pasta and ground beef. I did manage, however, to pick up a stray package of macaroni & cheese! Good news is that I was able to pick up a couple pounds of ground turkey for meatloaf later in the week.
Only complaint is the lack of Hostess products on the shelf- why do people feel it is necessary to hoard twinkies and ding dongs?

I was just reading an article on the ultra-liberal Yahoo news saying that, depending on which experts you were talking too, that it is believed that China has between 15 to 40 times the number of people with this that they aren't reporting. For me, they either have way more than they admit, or they developed a cure that they aren't sharing. If they developed a cure that quickly, then they created the virus, too, and knew how to combat it.

| On a hopefully less gloomy note, I got married last weekend way ahead of schedule. We were shooting for mid-May, but the virus put that in jeopardy as we didn't know if we'd be able to host 100 people by then. So one thing led to another. In mid-March, we decided to move things forward to the last weekend of March. As the government kept doubling down on gathering sizes, though, we decided on the afternoon of March 22nd to get married that evening! Our families and our officiant were available, thankfully, and we got married in my living room. Photos are on Facebook for those who are friends with me (if you're not, shoot me a friend request). We had fun with some respiratory masks... Thankfully, we have access to a private apartment where we're self-isolating together. It's not all bad. | |

| Schools here now closed until April 30. We have a park/walking trail behind our house. It used to be pretty crowded there but Hurricane Michael wiped the place out so now it is just a huge field. The walking trail is still there but rarely used by anyone. So my daughters would go walk there everyday. Yesterday they noticed a barrier there that said the walking trail is closed. | |

| They have closed the bathrooms and other facilities at all the area parks here. In Lebanon, TN (12 miles from where I live), they had so many people at the park this weekend that they have shut that down completely and made it a misdemeanor to be there punishable with a fine.
This is absolutely crazy!
Our governor has again stated that churches should be closed for services but wants us to open them all for free daycare centers for people whose day-cares closed over the virus. Ummm....we can't congregate but you want us to house children there in close quarters during the daytime? That sounds more than a little backwards to me.

| I agree, I don't understand why there should be daycares if parents are supposed to stay home. I guess some parents work in essential services, but even then, I have trouble believing that an impromptu daycare is a good idea. I've heard nothing of the sort in our area. | |

| We sprung a leak under our sink. I am terrible at plumbing, so I asked for recommendations on a local info page on Facebook. I had several recommendations, but two of the people actually contacted me directly. One asked for pictures under the sink, then sent me a quote for labor and parts. When he got here, we went to the hardware store in Watertown to get the parts. He was in and out in less than an hour. No more leak! I am happy, and easily impressed! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| In order to help support the local community, I have been ordering take out as much as possible. Problem, however, is that restaurant food isn't always good for you. Within the past week, for instance, I went from greasy Mexican food, to greasy Chinese food, to greasy Thai food, to greasy McDonald's to greasy pizza.
As a matter of fact, I am more worried about the food killing me than the coronavirus...

| We are actually eating at home more with only occasional trips to local eateries. With no kids and a house paid for, we ate out most every night before this. So, we thought we'd do something different.
