I like the song and the sound.  I am wondering, though, if this is a Christian band or just a band with a positive spin.  While they do have Tim Gaines with them, that alone isn't enough to make me think that this is art truly trying to promote Christ.

i may still check them out, but I would like to know more about their beliefs.

Can hardly hear the bass but this is pretty good. Not Christian though, right?

Can't put my finger on it, but this just sounds kind of bland and generic to me....no real hook at all (maybe that's it).

I'll pass on this one.  I, too find it bland, Gary.

I was wondering a lot of that as well. Was thinking maybe somebody here would know. I’all have to do some digging.

I remember reading an article a year of so back and I think the guitarist claims to be a Christian...but if I'm remembering correctly he was saying the project wouldn't be Christian per se...at least that's what I remember.  I could be totally wrong. (how's that for commitment to a a statement... )

I kind of feel the same.  Sounds good, but nothing exceptional.  Given that it's not overtly christian then I'll give it a miss aswell.

Super talented line-up, but nope. Not a Christian band. It's a band with Christians in it singing positive stuff that's not focused on ministry:

I've read that interview. Hey alldat, they mention a band called Supersonic Blues Machine that has Billy Gibbons. You might like it.
