I usually have a sandwich and some chips and fruit.

Leftovers for me usually, though if not, my wife oftentimes makes me super delicious sandwiches. I love you

Today I am doing leftovers. We have supper at church once a month on Wednesday night. We had enough left over for most of us to pack a plate for the next day. I have roast beef, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Yum!!!

I had leftover tater-tot casserole for lunch today. The tater tots don't hold their consistency but they taste good mixed in with all the other goodies.

Yes, you are correct in that we are having quite the heat wave in Phoenix- this past week we hit a record high of 119! Good news, however, is that we have covered parking at work (as long as you arrive early enough to get a covered parking space).
