| I'm actually watching an episode of a TV series as I type. I watch several. Each new season I always find things to try, but not all of them end up being keepers.
I also like movies, but I think I prefer series. I mean, you watch a movie and then its over (unless there are sequels, in which case you have to wait a year or more for it. With a TV series, there's a continuing storyline that you follow up on every week.

| I used to prefer movies much more over series, but I am starting to think more like Eric, in that I like a good series that continues on over several months. You can watch a new one each week or even binge watch one or two episodes a night over a few weeks if you have it on Netflix or Hulu. I seen several movies in the last few years where it seems like they didn't develop the characters well enough and its hard to relate to anyone in the movie. If you can't empathize/sympathize with at least one of the characters in a movie (or t.v. series) I don't think you can enjoy it. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... | I will say that I have become a fan of both. When we had satellite, I never really watched tv. All those stations were just overwhelming. I hated paying $80 per month for something we did not use. So, we ditched our satellite service and signed up for Netflix and Hulu.
Now, I am a fan of some series. My favorite thus far is a Netflix original called "Stranger Things". It is a sci-fi horror series that centers around this young girl named "011" and her abilities. What is cool is that it all takes place back in 1983. Everything is so retro and that makes it feel like home.
But, I plan to see Guardians Of the Galaxy in the theater this weekend and Wonder Woman in June. So, I'd say I still like both. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I almost prefer movies as series can become tiresome depending on the show. We don't watch as much TV as we used to. We have a few shows that we like. | |

I completely understand that. As a matter of fact my wife and I have ditched several series because they either changed...or became very tiresome. A few of them we watched faithfully for a few seasons and then just dropped because they got silly...or boring. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| We got done watching Parenthood a few weeks ago and started Grey's Anatomy. We watch one or two a night. Movies are hard for us because we have an 8 year old playing baseball, church stuff and just stay busy. Movies are usually a Friday night thing. | |

| I have been watching Mayberry, RFD on MeTV. I record it on the DVR. I had never seen the show before so it is like a new series to me. A very good family show.
There is something new I want to see on Netflix called "Handsome". I heard it was a lot like a Colombo episode so that has my interest, but strangely I have never seen Colombo. One of those on MeTV I haven't got around to seeing yet.
I also enjoy "Man In The High Castle" on Amazon but haven't finished season 2 yet.
And I am looking forward to another season of Longmire if Netflix does one more.

Really enjoyed the first season. I didn't mention it because they're on break right now. I think this show is one of the best at developing characters with depth.

And I am looking forward to another season of Longmire if Netflix does one more. I really liked the book "Man in the High Castle"...but found the series kind of belabored and difficult to stay interested in (I never finished the first season). I will certainly jump in for another season of Longmire, both me and the wife really liked it (which is a bit of a rarity). _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."
