Watched Night at the Museum 3 last night.
They should have stopped after the 2nd one.

I was totally disappointed The Hulk wasn't in it.  I was really looking forward to seeing Lou Ferrigno.

Ummm, I hate to be the one to tell you this...but they haven't used Lou as the hulk since the early 1980's.  I'm pretty certain the Hulk you see in the movies is drawn via computer by some 38 year old nerd computer nerd.

Tried watching Minions.  Didn't make it all the way through.  'Twas terrible.

I spent the entire weekend centered around cleaning up my house & yard and my son's high school graduation and family graduation party.
I'm broke, tired.....and actually happy to be at work today.

You ever watch a movie or TV episode so many times and finally catch something that you missed cause you were paying too much attention (or too little) to the whole show. That happened again to me today.

So I'm watching Star Trek TOS season 2 episode "Who Mourns for Adonais". You know,the one with the Greek god Apollo. Kirk and Apollo are talking and refer to gods. Kirk says something like "We don't have any need for gods,we find one quite adequate."

I practically jumped out of my seat at that.

You wouldn't hear him say something like that in today's tv.

I thought the story was a little forced and it is obvious they have pushed the franchise as far as they probably can.  But I could probably watch 2 hours of plot-less silliness if it included the personalities of those cute little yellow monstrosities.

I still like the Minions.  Just not their movie.

A couple nights ago Veronika and I watched the classic Bonnie And Clyde with a couple friends.  I was surprised that none of them had ever seen it before!  It had probably been 15 years since I watched it last so it was fun to see again for myself too.  It really is a very well done flick!

No, but she spent the better part of the movie hanging out with a septopus named Hank....and you get to play "Find Hank" over the closing credits.
(btw a "septopus" is an octopus that is missing a tentacle)
