| Subject: A "techy" nerd question about music plugins & dll files... Wed Feb 24, 2016 1:59 pm | |
| Hey guys... I LOVE "using" my daw/plugins... but I need to clean things up and get rid of some old VST FX I don't use anymore... BUT... I'm afraid of "deleting" dlls.... that is the advice I see in the forums... just wondered if any of you guys have first-hand experience/advice?
Thanks! | |

| Nope! I am still using a "band in a box" to record with! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| dlls can be tricky. Delete the wrong one and the computer won't boot. Nowadays you should be able to search the name of the file to find out what it belongs to. I haven't done it in a long time. | |
