| This thread's purpose:
1. To share and discuss the albums we own, currently in our collections, that are worth pretty good money. 2. From albums that are on Amazon and/or ebay that sell at $20 on up to the big bucks ! 3. They must ONLY be albums that are Pro-Christian in lyrical content, or an overwhelming Christian presence in the band (whether they are/were on a Christian label or not) 4. A "rough" amount of what they're going for currently 5. Also a nice background story is always nice, not necessary, but nice - ie. when and where you bought it, what you paid, and any other interesting tidbits of info on the album(s)
GO ! | |

| Hmm... I don't have any super valuable metal releases but...
I have an Aunt Bettys - Jesus single. I think there were only 1000 of those released.
I also have the Guerilla Rodeo - Demo EP. I think there was only 100 of those released as well.
I also have some other Michael Knott related discs worth some cash. LSU's Grape Prophet goes for around $30 on Amazon and eBay. Mike's solo debut Screaming Brittle Siren cost me $35. LSU's Dogfish Jones cost me that as well.

| I have Siloam's "Sweet Destiny". I've seen it fetch $30 on Ebay.
I have X-Sinner's "Get It" and it goes for $30-35. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I have:
Original Rage of Angels, CD. There's one on ebay for $45.
Original Bride, Silence is Madness, CD. I've seen it as high as $99.
Bloodgood, Metal Missionaries Demo, Cassette. Not sure of the value, if any.
Stryper, The Yellow and Black Attack, Cassette. First release, white cassette, Stryper logo is different at the bottom. Not sure if it's worth anything but it's cool to have.

Original Bride, Silence is Madness, CD. I've seen it as high as $99. I've got both of those as well. I also have the original Mastedon album. I GAVE $35 for it years ago. I realize that the reissue will lower the cost for the original as many will seek out the newer and easier to find version. But, I've still seen people ask anywhere from $35-100 for it. However, a CD is only worth something if there is a buyer willing to pay that. Eventually, our CDs will be nothing more than shiny coasters as society is quickly forgetting the thrill of a physical product.

| I have quite a few to list, so I'll start alphabetically and post every once in a while. A small disclaimer is in order: Just cuz albums are listed at Ebay and Amazon for an amount, doesn't mean they'll get that... some people seriously overprice stuff. But, at any rate, I have some albums people are asking ridiculous amounts for. First up, my 100% Proof LPs. I've seen them go for as high as $150+, but not cheaper than $50 each... I guess if worse came to worse (which is entirely possible in my life lately) and I needed cash, I'd sell 'em before they all burn. But I quite dig having these trophies in my collection: Next up is a random rap CD I scored for 10 bucks, but have recently seen for outrageous amounts, that is IF you can find it at all.. And last in my first list is one of my favorite albums, yet a VERY obscure one that you pretty much can't find anywhere... This Andy Long gem took me years to find. I have no idea what it's worth, but love the rare factor of it | |

| G/F, you should provide us all a burn of that 3rd Day album. I've seen it listed as far as talking about it, but I have never seen it for sale. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

It was fetching a little more than avg when I looked many years ago. Perhaps not now. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Ironically the one in the CDs called "Arcade" (early dance stuff from late 80s early 90s) has gone for 35 to 40 bucks IF it can be found. Took me 4 years to track this CD down, especially hard since there's a secular rock band called Arcade.... | |
