He has an accent? I thought he just constantly had a mouthful of dirty socks! Oh, those fun loving British!

Actually Fundy, I do find it interesting. In the last four years...
Staybrite and alldat approximately doubled their posts and drumdude has posted 6 times.
There is still a huge gap between the top three posters and "the pack" Only three people who were ranked in 2011 are ranked higher now than then (Staybrite, Driven/DBF, Hardcore) Eight new people have entered the rankings.

Interesting to me which means ONE thing. I need to post MORE mindless and senseless messages because I did not show up anywhere in the rankings.

Mike, that just means you need to stop bathing as you aren't RANK enough to rank.
Wait, did I just say that? Seriously? Must be the sinus meds. I'll blame them, anyway. Hehehehe!

That chart is great... however, the reality behind it just shows who has more time on their hands and who spends time at work posting to CHM when they're supposed to be doing their job (another reason my screen name has "Guilty" in it)

Yes, I need to post more! I read CHM every day (at least once), but don't always post.
I suppose I could do daily Leadership Boards! (only joking!)
As for the accent, yes the English accent can be a bit annoying when compared to american. For instance I'd much rather watch a film with people with an american accent than a british one. Sometimes it works (Jason Statham for instance) but more often than not it just doesn't sound good enough! Still, if there weren't any british, who'd be the bad guy in the films!
Regarding my post count...

British accents seem to be all the rage on U.S. advertisements (tv and radio). For some reason it gives the illusion that the speaker is more intelligent because they have a British accent.
What some non-Brits don't realize is that the UK has a host of different accents (mostly regional). I find them fascinating myself. If you don't know what I'm talking about (I know Fundy does) check out this short video below.

I'm RP and London put together, with a bit of essex thrown in for good measure. Quite what that makes me is anyones guess!
I'm guessing that a lot of people are a bit mixed when it comes to accents. I live on the U.S. West coast so I have one of those flat generic U.S. accents that you mostly see on tv and the movies. But for almost 3 years I lived in the southern part of the the U.S. and I developed a bit of a southern drawl to my accent....after moving back to the west many people told me I sounded funny. After a year or so I lost it and now I sound just like all the rest of the people in this area.
