| I have recently acquired all three of the Vision CDs put out by Retroactive a couple of years ago. Great classic rock! I was expecting a bit more southern rock, but it's still good stuff. There are a couple of members of Lynrd Skynrd in Vision so I guess I was expecting that. What I got was a bit more like the rock side of Mylon & Broken Heart. I'll take it!
Of the three albums, their self produced debut "Mountain In The Sky" was the best with "Streetfighter" coming up with a close 2nd. The middle album "Vision" had several re-recorded tracks from the debut. The label they had signed to had also had them pull back on the guitars a bit making these songs lose some of their bite.
All in all, I am proud to have these in the coolection! _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I have their S/T release on vinyl. I like it, although I will admit it's never really felt like true southern rock a la Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, The Outlaws, etc. Streetfighters was released after Billy Powell's death; he was the piano player from Lynyrd Skynyrd and was a survivor ot the infamous plane crash. | |

| I agree that the whole southern rock sound isn't really there. It's got some southern moments when they are using the fiddle a bit more, but overall this just comes off as early 80s rock. I like it!
You can still get all three albums from Retroactive. Just contact Matt Hunt.

| I too have their self titled on vinyl.. and love it. I got the other 2 via pirated music, therefore I plan to eventually obtain them legally - but yeh, they're pretty good too. | |

| Very cool band. I only have the self titled one. To me they sound more like .38 Special than Skynard. | |
