I kinda sorta did it.... you know... "it"...
 
I usually buy a CD here, an LP there... perhaps 5 to 10 per month. Course with back surgery bills lately, I've bought fewer albums in the last month, until... well...
 
A seller on ebay (Christian music retailer) that I've done a lot of business with over the years, is offering a tremendous deal right now. 100 brand new CDS: metal, rock, alternative, some hip hop, no duplicates, ... for only 138 bucks.  That's a $1.38 a CD.
I kinda did it... I put it on my PayPal Bill Me Later with no interest for 6 months. This was one of those deals that don't come along very often. I went through all 100 albums and only came up with about 10 I didn't care for, only a couple I don't really want, and 4 I already have... that's pretty good for a 100 CDs !

That's a great deal!

I read the list of artists and there just wasn't much I'd drop the money for.  Everything I liked on that list I already have.

Here's the kicker - of all the thousands of albums I have in mp3 format only, I only have about 30 or 40 from that list... so not only will I be getting a stack of CDs, 97% of which I want, I'll also be getting a bunch of albums I don't even have, nor have I even heard yet.

This is why I'm so stoked !

It's a wide variety of styles and just a crazy mix of albums... to me it's like a Grab Bag. And who doesn't like a grab bag hmm ?
