| I've been thinking about having a bit of fun with some polls every few days with Petra. For those who don't know, Petra is my all time favorite Christian band, and their stuff has ministered to me so many times over two decades. So, without further ado, I'll jump to it.
Lucas McGraw is my favorite tune here. Not only because of the comedic bluegrass vibe throughout the song, but the message about a converted hillbilly who turns heads because of his newfound convictions is just so inspiring. | |

| To be honest, I really didn't like that album at all because of the overall sound/style. It is one of the early Petra albums that I got rid of years ago without hesitation. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| I actually really like the first album (not my favorite by any means, but still good). I really like the guitar harmonies. But before I even owned the album I'd heard Gonna Fly Away and I loved it. As much as I like others on that album, that song still gets my vote. | |

| It is really hard for me to pick one because there are so many catchy songs on there. I went with my buddy Lucas because it is the song that randomly pops in my head on a regular basis. It does crack me up when I think of this album and then the claims that Petra and Agape were the first Christian heavy metal bands. | |
