I don't know if anyone here remembers the modern rock band Staynlis (they put out an indie EP back in 2007). Well it seems the guys are back with a full length release this time. You can check out some song samples here at Amazon.

They had it for download on eMusic, so I picked this up cheap today.

Nice to see these guys still kicking. I really liked the EP.

I listened to the clips on Amazon several times and wasn't as pleased as I had thought I would be. Seems to be too much filler here. At least half seemed to be pretty slow or mellow, which seems excessive for a rock band unless you're trying to move into P&W like Kutless.
