ChristianRockShop?

Anybody order from them recently? Their communication seems to be pretty poor. Was wanting to trade some stuff and haven't returned last several PMs (haven't even logged in). Sent a message via their contact form and no response. Makes me not want to even order. Poor communication is a pet peeve of mine.

Sheesh, don't use Girder then... they're the worse. Never even heard of the one you're dealing with.

Reddi Sketti here is affiliated with it. She (?) hasn't logged in since Jan 17 when she answered my first inquiry. Could be illness, closed up shop, who knows???

I think he mean Girder is worse for customer service.

My last email, took them 2 months to grace it with a reply!

Bought from Girder "Boarders -World Hates Me" when it came out. A month later I emailed them asking what's the hold up. Several days later they answered that it was being processed. A month later I sent them an upset email asking what's the deal. Several days later they responded with it being backordered. After 3 months, it finally arrived. No apologies at all from them.

In Nov. last year I decided to give them another try as that may have been an isolated incident. Bought some records from them. Took a while, however I got all but 1 record. I sent an email inquiring about the missing album. Nothing for a couple weeks. So I called and left a message about the album and sent a 2nd email. I got a cold email statement showing the record was being processed. A month went by and I sent them another email. Never heard anything. So a couple weeks later I just sent them an email stating that they either don't have the record to send me, or are just too busy to send it to me - I asked them to cancel the order and credit my money back... Still haven't heard from them or seen the album - It's been 4 months.

So yeh, you could say their customer service sucks !

I've never dealt with ChristianRockShop though, but any time I hear something like this, I will heed it as a warning to not even consider them. I'm tired of these horrible music dealers.

I've been using mostly Amazon now. I will occasionally buy something from Ebay or CD Baby, but its mostly Amazon for me now.

I have never used Christian Rock Shop. I do know, however, that I don't use Girder. Period.

They have responded via FB so we'll so how this goes.
