| Hey guys. I just wanted to say something about the new Inner siege cd Kingdom of Shadows. This a great cd. If you like Metal at all. You will like this cd. It is melodic, progressive but has a classic sound to it. I do not think you will be dissapointed. And no, I am not getting a cut on sales either lol. It is just a great release I would love for them to sale allot and make more albums.
Well there you have it, my 2 cents for the day!

| I really dig it too. I was a little worried that there wouldn't be any "hooks" in the songs and that they might be overly long, but that's just not the case. With the exception of a few tracks I find it to be an excellent album, the more I listen to it the more I like it. (kind of reminds me a little of Sacred Warrior) _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I like it, but I don't love it. There isn't enough hooks on it. I can hardly remember a single song from it after it's turned off. | |

That was the same for me the first 5 or 6 times I listened to it, but after nearly a dozen listens a few of the better tracks are ingrained in my brain. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

I would agree.... but ......... there was enough that kept drawing me back..... It really is a great album.... Not an immediate grab, but listening to Sacrifice or Excuses..... excellent heavy metal.... Keep spinning it....

| Guilty/Forgiven shall we put a mark for the threads with new music so you know you don't have to read them? I also consider to order this CD. | |

| I have continued to spin this, and I like it more and more each time. This is a great heavy metal album. Angelic Warlord's description of "Children of Winter" is exactly right...it could have come right off Jacob's Dream's Theater of War album. Wow it sounds like that record. But overall, this has grown on me in a big way, even since last week when I posted here about it. | |

I could not agree more in that my first impression of InnerSiege was the first two Jacobs Dream albums with David Taylor, particularly "Theater Of War".

| I was hearing quite a bit of "Theater of War" on it as well. Which I'm just fine with, because that is my favorite Jacob's Dream album. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I never got into Theater of War much because it was too progressive and not melodic enough. InnerSiege has much more melodic elements and that's why I like it a lot. | |

| Vonnie was telling me about this new band she was going to see, and then it dawned on me why the name sounded familiar. It's another band from near my hometown, that used to be known as Strangeland. They had changed their name very shortly after I saw them a few years ago, and gotten a new vocalist. Nice to see their album is finally done! _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| It seems your neighborhood is very fruitful for cool bands. I was surprised that Strangeland became Innersiege. Don't talk about InnerSiege CDs please. I'm still waiting on this CD. | |
