BRAND NEW PILLAR CHRISTMAS SONG!!!!!

This is the first thing Pillar has released since Confessions and boy does it feel good to hear some brand new tunes!!! They recorded their version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen just for fun as a way to say thanks for all the encouragement through all the years. While I don't know how if this reflects the sound that will be on the new album (since this was most likely recorded in their own studio while the new album will be produced by Travis Wyrick), this sounds REALLY good! There's a couple electronic elements, a Noah Henson guitar solo, some fantastic Lester Estelle beats, and even some Rob Beckley screams!!!

Not a huge fan of Christmas songs but excited to hear some new Pillar.

As much as I like Christmas tunes and most of Pillar's stuff, this didn't impress me.

I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock into this song, since it was written and recorded and mastered in about 2 weeks. I'm sure whatever they have cooking up will be 10x better, especially with Travis Wyrick behind the wheel!
