| Ok..so I am a late bloomer on this band...I finally got my first saint Cd. I got a disk with "Times end and too late for living" on 1 disc. I have listened to some of their later stuff on line and plan to buy some more. Cool band.. |

| Without a doubt one of my favorite bands....I love everything they have done (well except maybe "The Perfect Life"...but I at least like that one).
You should think about getting "Hell Blade" or "The Revelation" next. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Get Hell Blade...next to Time's End, I consider Hell Blade to be their best. | |

| All of their newer albums are awesome. You really can't go wrong with any of them, but I agree with FOJ. Hell Blade is a fine place to start. |

| I think Time's End is my favourite. TLFL has a little too much polish and WOTS not enough. TE strikes the perfect balance IMO. | |

| That's strange because between "Time's End" and "Too Late for Living" I thought the majority of people prefered TLFL.
I got both albums at the same time, and have always prefered "Times End" just slightly over TLFL. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I've told the story before, but, when I was in the world as an unsaved teenager immersed in Venom, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Exodus, etc, someone gave me a recorded tape of Saint. I had no idea there was Christian metal outside of Stryper and I listened to it a few times and lost track of it. Fast forward 20 years and I get the album again (totally forgetting about the recorded tape I had at 15) and when I played it I REMEMBERED it !! I was so stoked that I came across it again so many years later and now that I was saved it meant so much to me.
Whoever gave me that cassette back in '85 - God bless them !!
Saint will always hold a special place in my music collection. | |
