12. Philmore -Our Finest hour
That was the song, never heard of them before. The only way I could figure out to see the I.D. tag was as it scrolled on my mp3 player (one artist at a time), if the screen blacked-out (for power saver) it would start all over again Loved the little movie/t.v. sound bites in the middle of the some of the clips. Did you get most of them from the internet or did you copy them from your dvd/tv ? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Cool, glad you liked it. Philmore was a bit of an old-skool punk band that didn't have too many hits. Their first official release is pretty good (with "Our finest hour" being the best). A lot of the sound bites I recorded years ago from my own collection. I used to record them to my computer, then transfer them to my voice recorder (which used to get laughs during a stressful day at work. A well placed "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" from Jack Nicholson, or "Hasta La Vista, Baby" when I left for lunch, or a Jim Carey clip "I'm warning you! I'm SERIOUSLY stressed out here"). Eventually I got a smart phone and transferred the sound clips to it. In the last few years people have posted all kinds of bites all over the internet, which I've been adding to my collection. Come a long ways from the days I used to capture sound bites from VHS to Cassette. | |
