Conspiracy of Thought

I found these guys on a compilation album I downloaded. They're more of an industrial rock kind of band. Normally I don't really like this kind of music, but for some reason I REALLY liked these guys! I especially liked their song "Nothing More than Light." Check 'em out:

They apparently have 3 albums out.

I found this music video for their song "Nothing More than Light." As far as appearance, they could give Savior Machine a run for their money (Still gotta give Savior Machine the edge though). But I do agree with the message of this song.

Not hip to the image (but that's probably just my age talking). But I do dig the music.

I don't think it's an age thing (I'm 21 and I don't like it either lol). I think it's just a lifestyle difference. I'm glad there are Christians who look like this who can reach out to people who have similar tastes.

Checking out samples of "Dance of the Revolution" now ... a few interesting elements (I like it when they gird 'em up and rock it out), but overall it's not grabbing me on first listen ... a lot of varied influences evident here, some of which I like, while others not so much ...

I have to say, however, that the video is VERY interesting. The use of strings, the look of the band (no problem with that here), great message, and the way they pull out the stops on the chorus ... cool stuff! This song feels more focused than what I heard of "Dance" ... On the strength of the video, I may have to look into their other two albums.

Always interesting to check out bands I've not yet heard!
