| Well none for me really. I will spend some time working on a model (home made) of the Wright Brothers flyer with my oldest son. Unfortunately I brought home some work I need to catch up on. So I will probably be doing some of that (probably being the key word ). & I need to restring my acoustic guitar because we are doing a unplugged set at church Sunday morning. I don't think I have played my acoustic in public for over a year. How about you guys doing (or did you do) anything exciting this weekend? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... | I plan to work on reviews of Redeemer (Anno Domini) and Rev Seven (Heavy Laden Volume 2). A first rough draft review of "The DaVinci Hoax" by The Sacrificed is in the works as is a review of the new Boarders.
It is going to be in the 90's here in the Phoenix area so might get out and enjoy the sunshine as well!

| My wife and I took one of the girls at church shopping for her prom dress. We had a sales tax free weekend here in Tennessee on clothes, school supplies, and computers under $1500. So, I bought a couple of new shirts, my wife bought a couple of new tops and some shoes, and Alisa got her prom dress, shoes, and jewelry. We hit two full malls in less than 6 hours. That's called "speed shopping". _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Do you have to preach today at the morning service or the evening service.? I hope it went well.
We visit yesterday night a Canadian lady. Her father was here in the war and he have met the family of my dad. She liked it to give us an old photo back. It was a good time to talk with her.
Yesterday afternoon I went with my husband and son to a soccer mach. My son's team had to play the last match of the season and if they win they are champion. But they lost with 4 - 2. How terrible for a non soccer fan to watch 2 times 45 minutes to a match.

| I preached our night service. I preached on Christ being the satisfaction for our sin debt, and how by His payment for the sins of the world, the standard for righteousness is simply faith in Him being Lord.

| Well, my son and I didn't finish his Wright model flyer, so sadly it will not get into the competition this year. But we will finish it anyway. I also had the pleasure of washing my parent's 32-foot motor home this weekend. It was mostly green, but the factory color is actually white (yuck). I think I would have much prefered being at a losing soccer match. - Quote :

Fantastic message, wish I could have been there to hear it. Hey topshot, what is "Walk to Emmaus"? _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| So what did you do on an April weekend 8 years ago? If you had posted on this thread when it was created you would know!
Kinda surprised to see something this old on this board... _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| LOL. That was the last Walk I worked, too, since I became active in Kairos Prison Ministry, which has the same roots. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| We have celebrated the fact we are 30 years friends with two couples we have met in Greece. We've had a great time.
Sunday it was time to drive back home for the annual BBQ with my brother and sisters and the in-laws.
Back home we saw a big brance in your front yard. Yep, the results of a very heavy summer storm.
The branche if good to burn in the fire place.
It's nice to bring back the memories of our begin time here. I think we've to bring back more memories of the time we just started the forum here.
