| Listened today to some tracks of the newest Todd Agnew. Some songs touched my heart. I think this is the more heavier praise and worship music. I liked the samples I have listened too. | |

| I have Todd's Grace Like Rain album, and actually like it quite a bit. I think Alldat said his follow-up album was a little less heavy. I think the first 2 Jeremy Camp albums are good if you are looking for "heavier" praise/CCM type music. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Todd Agnew's CDs always have a few rockers, but he is definitely more into the acoustic side of things these days. As far as "rock worship" goes, I like Jeff Deyo, Lincoln Brewster, any of the Passion discs, or the Hillsongs United (that's their youth band) disc. Starfield is also pretty cool. You might even want to check out Echoing Angels. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Hillsongs United sounds cool. Passion is that a CD with many praise and worship artists? Or I have the wrong Passion? | |

| Passion will have several worship leaders on it like Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall, and David Crowder. Most of the Passion CDs are recorded live at their annual Passion Conference. I have been blessed by these for years. Yes, I have them all.

| If you like those, you might try searching for Dave Lubbins or Michael Gungor. Both of these guys are on Integrity Music and are in a similar style. If you like live worship albums, then these are a must. Also, you might want to give Tim Hughes or Matt Redman a try.

| That means there's a lot to listen too. We sing songs of Tim Hughes and Matt Redman in church. I also listened to Tommy Walker. He has great songs too. It helps me to listen to praise and worship songs. | |

| I've started trying to walk more for my health the last couple of weeks. I'm walking about 3 miles 2-3 times a week now. Instead of rocking out while I'm out walking, I take some worship music. It makes my walk a more enjoyable experience by making it some "God time".

| What a very good idea to start walking again. Sometimes it's so good to listen to the lyrics of praise and worship songs. I listened yesterday to some samples of praise and worship songs and one song really touched my heart. I hope God and you start to have a wonderful time when you walk. And it helps you to get a better health.
I have good times with God when I cook or when I hang up the laundry.

| Another series of CDs you might like are the ones from Hillsong United. While I have grown incredibly bored with the regular Hillsongs releases, the Hillsong United is actually their youth band. So, the songs are a bit more rockin'. If you like the Passion CDs, then you'd probably like Hillsong United. I had some gift certificates from Integrity Music, and was able to order one of the Hillsong United discs for only 98 cents!

| True, but that isn't very hard. If you are afraid of making changes on the computer/downloading programs, tell Aart why you want it and get him to add the free Real Player for you.

| If you are interested in more rock based worship, then check out the new band Fee. Their debut CD releases tomorrow (9-25) on INO Records. This is the same label that carries Decyfer Down and MercyMe.

| Does anybody know and heard (of) Rock Power Praise? A PW-album with various artists of the christian rock scene (Jamie Rowe, Mike Lee...). I personally prefer Glenn Kaiser's PW-cds. Got all of them and the songbooks too. For me as a German there also to mention Lothar Kosse. He's one of the main worship leaders in German speaking countries. Worthy to check out. You'll find him in myspace. | |

Actually, I have all three of the Rock Power Praise releases! If you like this kind of stuff, then you also need to find P.K. Mitchell's "All Hail The Power". You can't beat either P.K. or RPP for rocked out hymns. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| I have the Sanctuary Praise discs as well. I like the 2nd one better as there are more upbeat songs on it. The first one gets VERY mellow.
