| My favorites for now are Testify and Under Command. Two cool bands who released a great new CD. | |

| I have yet to pick up anything released this year.
I did recently get Harmony's "Chapter 2" earlier this year, and it wasn't too bad (but I think their debut was better).
I also got Theocracy's latest at the beginning of this year and it is fantastic, much better than I had hoped for. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Digging the new Decyfer Down cd. Overkast's album just rocks. The p&w of Seventh Day Slumber is really good. Obviously the Red cd is just awsome as well. I think that about covers what I have gotten so far. Everything else hasn't been released yet | |

| Without a doubt the best two albums in the last year have been Seventh Avenue's "Terium" and Theocracy's "Mirror Of Souls". If I had to choose one right now, I would say Mirror Of Souls, although it was a complete annoyance that one song was left out! A while back Matt Smith did say that because he'd kept it so long between the first and second albums, he'd make it alot less between no. 2 and no. 3. I really hope that's true because another Theocracy album would be awesome. As for albums coming out, I'm excited about quite a few........ Impellitteri - Wicked Maiden (out already but I haven't got it yet) Reinxeed - The Light (out already, sounds great, but I'm gonna wait a while) Reinxeed - Higher (hopefully if I can find a good place to buy it, I'll by The Light too) Mission Of One - Hostile To The Church (Really looking forward to Chris' new album) Stryper - Murder By Pride (Sounds pretty good to me) Sacred Warrior - ? (Hopefully a full album!) Bride - Tsar Bomba (If it's anything like their stuff on LNJ then I'm gonna love it!) Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

That's "Hostile To The Gospel". Favorites so far this year are Testify, the new Decyfer Down, the new Seventh Day Slumber, Under Command, and Impelletteri. Even though it was released last year, I keep playing Disciple's "Southern Hospitality" a lot as well. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

| The new Decyfer Down really rocks too. I'm looking forward to order Impelliteri too. Fundy, maybe you can tell me where you order it? I'm looking forward to to "Hostile To The Gospel". I'm curious how it all sounds. - Quote :

| Oh, I always get that wrong. It's stuck in my brain for some reason. Maybe it will be the sequel? Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| Testify - "24:7"
I purchased this with no expectations and was blown away.
Impellitteri - "Wicked Maiden"
I purchased this with high expectations and, likewise, was blown away.

I purchased this with no expectations and was blown away. I had been a friend of the band on MySpace for some time and had been watching them. I liked the sound of their rough demos that they had up, so I knew I was gonna like this when it released. It also gets a lot of play.

| Right now Im diggin the album I just bought "Blind Man" by Abnormal Sunday. They're a really good Christian grunge band that put out a disc in 2002 and then disappeared. I can hear a lot of Fuel and Foo Fighters in them. | |

| I had that disc, but traded or sold it. I just never really got into it. That was another clear case of me not listening to enough samples before ordering. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |
