| Last month I've watched two Batman movies.
The first was how Batman met Robin and the second was how Batman started.
What are in the opinion of the "true Batman fans" the best Batman movies?
The older movies , or are the new Batman movies the best? | |

| I haven't seen some of the new Batman movies, but I thought most of them were pretty darn good.
I really liked the one with Jim Carey as The Riddler (I think that was Batman Forever). But I couldn't stand Batman & Robin, not because of the story line but completely because of Chris O'Donnell. For some reason this guys acting makes me want to puke, I have disliked anything I have seen him in.

| I've seen them all and I like the 'comic' value of the first 4, but think that the recent two are slightly better. I rate them (you knew that was coming, didn't you!)
1 - The Dark Knight
2 - Batman Begins
3 - Batman
4 - Batman Returns
5 - Batman Forever
6 - Batman and Robin
But I'm not a HUGE fan of the movies, although they are mostly good (except Batman and Robin)

| i like the newer ones better, but the very first [with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson] is a sentimental favorite, just because when Casey was small he LOVED this movie!
he actually spoke his first full phrase after repeated viewing of the first 'Batman' movie.
'THIS TOWN NEEDS AN ENEMA!!'
before that, the kid barely spoke a word.

| The new series with Batman Begins and The Dark Knight blow the first four movies totally out of the water. | I like to rate things, or put things in number order because: 1 - It's easy to get the main points across 2 - It makes a quick read. 3 - I like structure   Fundy
