TESTIFY!!!

For some time, I have been waiting and watching the progress of a band called Testify from California. They have a modern sound, but the are definitely a metal band--not a Kutless clone. If you like bands like Spittin' Jonah and Stricken, then this will definitely be on your want list soon. They have a great singer with a raspy, but manly, voice. Also, they believe in guitar solos!

Testify sounds good ... very good.
Testify is certainly not a Kutless clone.
This really rocks.

I bought this after reading Alldat's post. I love this cd. I wish more of the modern bands played this style. I for one am glad that they are not a Kutless clone, We need more in the vein of Stricken, Global Warning and Keys2Eden.

I totally agree. Well, maybe not the Global Warning. But, I'd love to hear more bands like Stricken and Keys2Eden. Testify is a good addition to that genre.

Tried to order the Testify CD but this CD is out of stock so I have to wait.

Good band. Saw them open for Neon Cross a couple of yrs back. Caught them at Calistone as well. Looking forward to seeing them at Cornerstone this summer. ( OK I have made a couple of posts. Alldat said he would cut me out of the will if I dont show up every so often.)

No, I talk with Dave quite often but we have this un written thing, I dont ask him about NC and he does not ask me about S &TS. They have a forum, go ask em. www.neoncrossmusic.com

That's funny cuz someone here mentioned "good blues and blues based rock" the other day and I thought to myself "Hmm, I wonder what ever happened to the latest recording session with Tink and the rest of Stevie & the Saints." (hey you brought it up)

Well, not sure what I can say. Steve and I are having issues with our former label. Cant really discuss it. We have an album recorded and 2 more demo'd. Will they see the light of day? At this point I'm not sure. I would like to hope so. Here is a video from 87. It is not very good but if you can hang till the introductions you will see Steve shred the crud out of his guitar.

I will bro..I had a chance to see them at calistone but they got on to late and Neon Cross was playing at the same time and I was not going to miss seeing NC play

I think there is something wrong with my CD. Somehow it keeps taking over my player! Although I'll get flamed for this, I like this even better than the new Impellitteri--and that's saying a lot!

Maybe you should contact CD Baby about your Testify CD?
