Judah first news?

Has anyone heard any news about this band? I thought I heard that they were working on a new album a year ago, but I haven't seen anything since.

Their MySpace page doesn't have any news about a new album.
So I have sent a message to ask about it.

I checked their Myspace and Shoutlife pages and there is absolutely no talk of anything new right now.

Yeah, and I noticed that they haven't even logged into their myspace page since July, so the chances of getting an answer back are pretty slim. I sure hope they don't call it quits. They were a really good band for having such little publicity.

I really liked Devil's Dice. I hope they continue...

A lot of people really bagged on "Devil's Dice", but I think it was a great project. All of the songs kept my attention, and I still like to pull that out and give it a spin occassionally. These guys are awesome.

Yeah, same here. I wasn't too keen on Vision Road, but I loved Devil's Dice. I think my favorite off that album was either the title track or "Own".

If you haven't gotten a chance to do so, Silentthunder, you might also want to check out the band Stricken. There are a lot of musical similarities to Judah First, but Stricken's lyrics are much more blatantly Christ-focused.

I really liked a couple of tracks from Devil's Dice, but I do end up hitting the skip button a couple of times while listening.

Yeah, same here. I didn't really like X-Rated Eyes or She Never Tells. But most of the rest I really liked. I took a listen to Stricken and I really liked them. I think I had heard of them before, but I never really had time to get into them.
